My cat has moderate-to-severe HCM, and is thriving with this therapy. It has been over a year and the thickening of his left ventricle remains stable. It might even be getting better! So grateful for this treatment.

Nacho is a German Shepherd/American Staffordshire mix. On April 1 his estimated birthday, he will be 13 years old. People are always surprised when I tell them how old he is. I won’t bore you with the science behind Rapamycin, but I can tell you that it makes nacho act younger than his age and it’s visibly noted by my friends and neighbors. Last month there was some problem, Cameron, or what it was, but we were two weeks without the drug, and I could see a noticeable change in. In nachos behavior.

We have had our Red Lab Gunner on Rapamycin for the past several years: 28 days on (MWF) and 28 days off. Our Vet in Dallas remarks that his lung and heart capacity look terrific, and people who meet him are surprised to see an “Old” Dog with such energy and positivity. We do keep him in swimming “therapy” as much as possible versus walking. Typically he can go as much as 15-20 minutes swimming at a time, so we recommend that kind of exercise versus walking. We look at Rapamycin as a longevity drug but just as much as a Health Span drug.

Recently we had our cat Tigger at the ER vet when she collapsed and couldn’t move. She was diagnosed with HCM and saddle thrombosis. This came out of nowhere and we were shocked, scared and had no idea what to do. I found Dr. Kevin’s website and purchased a consultation. It’s been two weeks and I started my 15yr old, 14 lb terrier on NMN. She is pretty amazing for her age but I wanted to give her even more of a boost. She seems pretty perky! Especially in the morning when she usually doesn’t want to eat much or get up too fast. She also has a sensitive stomach but this doesn’t seem to bother her at all. We’ll definitely continue aging backwards!!
