This short assessment helps determine whether your dog may be a candidate for longevity medications such as rapamycin. You’ll answer a few questions about your dog’s age, health history, and current medications so Dr. Kevin can review whether treatment may be appropriate.

The process takes a grand total of about 5 minutes.

After you take the quiz, you'll sign up for our Cat Longevity Drug Assessment .A $45 veterinary assessment fee applies, and it is credited 100% toward any medications prescribed.

Dr. Kevin will review your dog's health information, and get back to you within 24 hours... and sometimes sooner.

If your dog is a good candidate, we will guide you through the next steps in starting a longevity medication plan.
