FELYCIN - CA1 TABLETS -- For Your Cat with HCM
Looking for Where to Buy Felycin-CA1 For Your Cat? Welcome to HPLL. Your're in the Right Spot.
The words came out of nowhere. Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. HCM.
And then you hear the words: Watch and Wait.
You know what "watch and wait" actually means? It means you've started counting things. How many times she jumped up today versus yesterday. Whether she's eating the same amount. Whether her breathing looks different in the morning light.
You've become an expert in something you never wanted to know about. You've read the studies at 2 am. You've joined the Facebook groups. And through all of it — the vet visits, the cardiology appointments, the follow-up echos — you've been sent home with the same answer: there's nothing to do yet. We watch.
For years, that's all veterinary medicine had to offer. Diagnose it. Monitor it. Manage the symptoms as they progress. Hope it moves slowly.
No more.
Dr. Kevin has treated more than 300 HCM cats with Felycin and compounded rapamycin -- more than any other veterinarian in the US. Here is what he has learned.
What is Felycin-CA1 for Your Cat with HCM?
|
Three Things You Need to Know: ✓ FELYCIN-CA1 MODIFIES THE DISEASE ITSELF — It targets the ventricular hypertrophy associated with HCM rather than merely treating symptoms. Felycin-CA1 is the first medication conditionally approved by the FDA for slowing/stopping the progressin of HCM in cats. It is given orally once weekly at a target dose determined by the prescribing veterinarian. 'Watch and wait' now has an alternative. ✓ FELYCIN-CA1 CAN HELP CATS IN ALL STAGES OF HCM— Felycin-CA1 is approved for subclinical HCM, but we have seen many cats in later stages of HCM benefit from Felycin. ✓ FELYCIN-CA1 IS PRESCRIBED AND MONITORED BY DR. KEVIN — When you order Felycin through HPLL, Dr. Kevin evaluates whether it's appropriate for your cat, reviews liver health (required before starting), and monitors throughout. This is medicine — not retail. |
Veterinary Guidance for Cats Taking Felycin-CA1
When you order Felycin-CA1 from HPLL, you receive more than the medication. Dr. Kevin's free HCM Digital Course — a $75 value — is included with every order. So is access to a cardiologist finder so you can locate feline heart specialists near you.
Dr. Kevin screens for the contraindications that matter (liver disease, diabetes, drug interactions), calibrates the dose precisely to your cat's weight, and provides ongoing oversight as your cat's protocol progresses.
He has watched other families receive an HCM diagnosis and go home with nothing. He built this practice so that would stop happening.

Why Buy Felycin-CA1 Through Helping Pets Live Longer?
Dr. Kevin has treated more than 300 HCM cats with Felycin and compounded rapamycin -- more than any other veterinarian in the US. Here is what he has learned.
Many providers can write a prescription. Few understand structured longevity medicine.
At Helping Pets Live Longer, Felycin is not treated as a product.
It is part of a monitored strategy built on:
• 40+ years of clinical experience
• Data-guided dose management
• Heart, kidney, and inflammation tracking
• Ongoing adjustment as your cat ages
Longevity is not about access. It’s about judgment.
That difference matters.

Felycin-CA1 Frequently Asked Questions
Where Can I Buy Felycin-CA1 For My Cat?
Felycin-CA1 is a prescription veterinary medication. Helping Pets Live Longer can dispense it after receiving a valid prescription from your veterinarian or after Dr. Kevin determines that your cat qualifies through an appropriate veterinary consultation. Available strengths and prices are shown above.
Do I Need a Prescription to purchase Felycin-CA1?
Yes. Felycin-CA1 is available only by prescription from a licensed veterinarian. Cats should be evaluated for eligibility and screened for pre-existing liver disease and diabetes before treatment
What's the difference between Felycin-CA1 and rapamycin?
The active ingredient is the same: sirolimus. Felycin-CA1 is the FDA conditionally-approved brand name formulation — a delayed-release tablet specifically engineered for cats and approved for the HCM indication. HPLL's compounded rapamycin for cats uses the same active ingredient in a compounded form. Dr. Kevin will guide you on which is most appropriate your cat's situation.
What is 'subclinical' HCM?
Subclinical HCM means there is echocardiographic evidence of ventricular hypertrophy — the heart wall is thickening — but the cat has not yet developed outward symptoms (labored breathing, lethargy, fainting, loss of appetite). This is the critical window for intervention. Felycin-CA1 is approved for this stage specifically.
My cat has more advanced HCM. Will Felycin-CA1 help?
Yes, in our experience Felycin-CA1 and our generic rapamycin ABSOLUTELY can help cats with more advanced Stage B2 or C disease. Both products are proven very safe for cats, and the chance to slow or stabilize disease is real. There are no guarantees... but your cat deserves every chance possible.
How do I know what dose of Felycin-CA1 my cat needs?
Dosing is 0.3 mg/kg once weekly with food, based on the Trivium/RAPACAT study protocol. Dr. Kevin calculates this precisely from your cat's weight when he works with you . Felycin-CA1 is available in three strengths (0.4 mg, 1.2 mg, 2.4 mg) to allow accurate dosing across cat sizes; tablets can be combined when needed.
How long does Felycin-CA1 treatment continue?
HCM is a lifelong condition, so Felycin-CA1 is needed for life by most cats. Dr. Kevin monitors your cat's response and adjusts the protocol as needed. Regular echocardiograms (typically every 6–12 months) allow you to see the drug's effect on heart wall thickness over time.
