FELYCIN - CA1 TABLETS -- Feline Cardiac Longevity Therapy
The words came out of nowhere. Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. HCM.
And then: watch and wait.
For years, that's all veterinary medicine had to offer. Diagnose it. Monitor it. Manage the symptoms as they progress. Hope it moves slowly.
In March 2025, that changed forever.
Felycin Is The Only FDA-Approved Medication Proven to Slow or Stop HCM Progression — When Used the Right Way.
|
Three Things You Need to Know: ✓ IT MODIFIES THE DISEASE — Not a symptom manager. Not a comfort measure. Felycin-CA1 is the first drug ever shown to actually interfere with the biological progression of HCM in cats. 'Watch and wait' now has an alternative. ✓ IT'S EARLY-STAGE MEDICINE — Felycin-CA1 is approved for subclinical HCM — cats with echocardiographic evidence of disease but no outward symptoms yet. This is exactly when to act. Earlier intervention means more heart function preserved. ✓ IT'S PRESCRIBED AND MONITORED BY DR. KEVIN — When you order Felycin through HPLL, Dr. Kevin evaluates whether it's appropriate for your cat, reviews liver health (required before starting), and monitors throughout. This is medicine — not retail. |
Felycin, like our generic Rapamycin for Cats, has been shown to increase lifespan by also...
• Reducing cancer risk
• Supporting kidney function in CKD patients
• Reducing arthritis and periodontal inflammation
Together, these tools allow a more complete approach to aging biology — not just symptom management.
Dr. Kevin Has Been Here With Hundreds of HCM Families.
When you order Felycin-CA1 from HPLL, you receive more than the medication. Dr. Kevin's free HCM Digital Course — a $75 value — is included with every order. So is access to a cardiologist finder so you can locate feline heart specialists near you.
Dr. Kevin screens for the contraindications that matter (liver disease, diabetes, drug interactions), calibrates the dose precisely to your cat's weight, and provides ongoing oversight as your cat's protocol progresses.
He has watched other families receive an HCM diagnosis and go home with nothing. He built this practice so that would stop happening.

Healthy Years Are Built With Strategy.
Every month without a plan is a month aging continues unchecked.
Build your cat’s longevity plan now — so you’re not wishing you had later.
Why us?
Many providers can write a prescription. Few understand structured longevity medicine.
At Helping Pets Live Longer, Felycin is not treated as a product.
It is part of a monitored strategy built on:
• 40+ years of clinical experience
• Data-guided dose management
• Heart, kidney, and inflammation tracking
• Ongoing adjustment as your cat ages
Longevity is not about access. It’s about judgment.
That difference matters.
You were told to watch and wait. Now you don't have to.
For the first time in the history of feline medicine, there is a drug that can change what happens next for a cat with HCM. It's been conditionally approved by the FDA. It's backed by clinical research. And Dr. Kevin can prescribe it.
Your cat doesn't know there's a window. But you do. And windows close.

Felycin CA1 For Your Cat -- Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Felycin-CA1 and rapamycin?
The active ingredient is the same: sirolimus. Felycin-CA1 is the FDA conditionally-approved brand name formulation — a delayed-release tablet specifically engineered for cats and approved for the HCM indication. HPLL's compounded rapamycin for cats uses the same active ingredient in a compounded form. Dr. Kevin will guide you on which is most appropriate for your cat's situation.
What is 'subclinical' HCM?
Subclinical HCM means there is echocardiographic evidence of ventricular hypertrophy — the heart wall is thickening — but the cat has not yet developed outward symptoms (labored breathing, lethargy, fainting, loss of appetite). This is the critical window for intervention. Felycin-CA1 is approved for this stage specifically.
My cat has more advanced HCM. Will Felycin help?
Yes, in our experience Felycin and our generic rapamycin ABSOLUTELY can help cats with more advanced Stage B2 or C disease. Both products are proven very safe for cats, and the chance to slow or stabilize disease is real. There are no guarantees... but your cat deserves every chance possible.
How do I know what dose my cat needs?
Dosing is 0.3 mg/kg once weekly with food, based on the Trivium/RAPACAT study protocol. Dr. Kevin calculates this precisely from your cat's weight when he works with you . Felycin-CA1 is available in three strengths (0.4 mg, 1.2 mg, 2.4 mg) to allow accurate dosing across cat sizes; tablets can be combined when needed.
How long does treatment continue?
Felycin-CA1 is an ongoing treatment — HCM is a lifelong condition and the biological pathways it targets remain active. Dr. Kevin monitors your cat's response and adjusts the protocol as needed. Regular echocardiograms (typically every 6–12 months) allow you to see the drug's effect on heart wall thickness over time.
